Guests can cancel their reservations up to 7 days prior to their arrival for free.

Within the seven days prior to arrival  the reservation is non refundable, however if guests require to cancel an alternative date can be arranged. In  other words guests will still get their stay but at a later date that is more suitable.

Entry to the apartment is from 4pm on the day of arrival. This is to ensure that the apartment has been correctly sanitised and to keep staff and guests socially distant.
